....Ein für die jeweilige Nennweite dimensionierter rotierender Bürstenkopf, verteilt das durch einen Schlauch in die Leitung hineingepresste Harz sauber im Rohr. Primär wird der Bürstenkopf für die ersten Beschichtungsvorgänge verwendet.  Alternativ bzw. ergänzend erfolgen Beschichtungsvorgänge über eine rotierende Düse, die in einer Führungseinheit stets zentriert im Rohr positioniert ist. Beide Varianten werden manuell in die Leitungen eingeschoben und der Beschichtungsvorgang erfolgt jeweils beim Zurückziehen. ....Das Harz und der Härter befinden sich in einer 2-Komponentenkartusche, die in das Grundgerät eingespannt wird. Am Auslass der Twin-Kartusche befindet sich die eigentliche Mischeinheit, ein sogenannter Statomischer, den es wahlweise als fixen oder flexiblen Mischer gibt, in dem Harz und Härter sicher vermischt werden. Der fixe Statomischer sitzt dabei direkt am Grundgerät und somit am Ausgang der Kartusche und bringt Harz und Härter direkt gemischt in den Schlauch ein. Der flexible Statomischer wird mit in das Rohr eingeschoben und somit werden Harz und Härter über 2 separate Zuleitungen erst kurz vor der Düse im Rohr gemischt. Grundsätzlich ermöglicht diese Zwangsmischung innerhalb des Systems ein absolut sauberes und sicheres Arbeiten. ..The resin and hardener are in a 2-component cartridge that is clamped into the basic device.
