Spotliner for extending of liners that are too short

Is your liner too short?
No problem, because with the bodus Spotliner you now have the possibility to reattach the missing piece with the same material if the liner is too short.
The "setting" is done by inversion of the Spotliner (transparent calibration tube) including the liner in the corresponding length and without having to strip off resin. 
Curing is usually done by steam, water, as well as all other curing methods.

Ihr Liner ist zu kurz geraten?

Kein Problem, denn mit dem bodus Spotliner haben sie nun die Möglichkeit, bei einem zu kurz gesetzten Liner, das fehlende Stück mit gleichem Material wieder anzusetzen.

Das „Ansetzen“ erfolgt per Inversion des Spotliners (transparenter Kalibrierschlauch) inkl. des Schlauchliners in der entsprechenden Länge und das, ohne Harz abstreifen zu müssen. 

Die Aushärtung erfolgt üblicherweise per Dampf, Wasser, sowie über alle anderen Aushärtemethoden.

Construction site supervision for Members of Metroliner System®

We offer our customers/users of the Metroliner System® the possibility of continuous monitoring of construction sites. This means regular checks with regard to the materials used and the user-related installation measures of the DIBt-certified bodus Metroliner System® (Z-42.3-534). In detail, this means a recurring and regular monitoring of the personnel and the construction site with regard to the instructions for action specified in the procedure manual, with a corresponding certificate for the personnel.

The construction site monitoring report can also serve as qualified proof of monitoring, as for example in Switzerland for the QUIK. Construction site monitoring usually takes place once a year. The training of the employees or the entire column normally takes place every 3 years or as required. The employees can receive personalised certificates confirming their skills in accordance with the applied methods and instructions in the procedure manual.

The procedure of a construction site supervision by the bodus expert team is as follows:

On-site monitoring and (photo) documentation of the preparatory measures (e.g. also checking and documenting the batch numbers), installation of the liner(s), curing and any post-processing work takes place. The respective construction site documentation and the leak test are requested and also checked. Material samples are taken and sent to an accredited testing institute (here e.g. SBKS GmbH & Co. KG) including the sample accompanying certificate. All documents are then filed on a customer-specific basis.

After completion of the on-site monitoring of the construction site, further processing is carried out by the bodus QA engineer after the test results have been reported back by the testing institute. This engineer then prepares the report on the construction site monitoring, which also contains a complete photo documentation and all the necessary attachments such as the laboratory test report, the actual construction site documentation, the TV inspection report and the proof of the leak test. Furthermore, the bodus QA engineer then prepares the certificate for the column and, if required, also for the respective operators (personal certificates).

Im März 2023 ist die bodus gmbh bereits 15 Jahre erfolgreich in der Kanaltechnik tätig. Dieses «Jubiläum» wollen wir sehr gerne in einem besonderen Rahmen mit Ihnen gemeinsam feiern und möchten Sie hiermit recht herzlich dazu einladen.
Wir möchten diesen Anlass zudem dafür nutzen, um einer Vielzahl von international geladenen Gästen/Besuchern und Herstellern über den Tag verteilt eine spannende Fachveranstaltung mit interessanten Vorträgen, Fachausstellung mit Produktvorführungen und Live-Demos rund um das Thema «Kanaltechnik» im VersuchsStollen Hagerbach (hagerbach.ch) in Flums/Schweiz zu bieten. 
Bei dem VersuchsStollen Hagerbach, handelt es sich um eine faszinierende Welt untertage. Zahlreiche Stollen, Kavernen, Versuchsfelder, Labore und Schulungsräume werden u.a. für Forschungs- und Entwicklungszwecke sowie für Prüfungen aller Art von Spezialisten aus der ganzen Welt genutzt. Der Stollen verfügt u.a. über eine Vielzahl an Rohrleitungen und (begehbaren) Kanälen und bietet somit für unsere fachspezifischen Anwendungen wie z.B. die Kanalreinigung, -inspektion und -sanierung sowie für Dichtheitsprüfungen und viele weitere Anwendungsbereiche ein ideales Umfeld, dass zudem ganzjährig und witterungsunabhängig genutzt werden kann.
Tauchen Sie in die Welt der Kanaltechnik unter Tage ein. Sie können wählen zwischen spannenden Vorträgen und Diskussionen mit Herstellern und Anwendern, sich deren Produkte ausführlich erklären lassen und etliche Produkte direkt im Kanal «live» im Einsatz erleben, unter anderem z.B. Rohrreinigungsgeräte, Kanalinspektionssysteme, Kanalsanierung mit Dampf und UV (Liner, Abzweigersysteme, …), Spraysysteme, Dichtheitsprüfung von Rohrleitungen, Cutter- und Robotersysteme.
Sie möchten gerne in Begleitung anreisen? Gerne planen wir für alle interessierten Begleitpersonen ein alternatives Tagesprogramm außerhalb des VersuchsStollens ein.
Nach Ende der Fachveranstaltung gehen wir dann zur feierlichen Abendveranstaltung über, die ebenfalls in einer der Party-Locations des Stollens Hagerbach stattfinden wird. Für Ihr leibliches Wohl wird, wie übrigens den ganzen Tag zuvor auch, bestens gesorgt.
Musikalisch wird der Abend im Country-Style untermalt und am Ende der Cowboy bzw. das Cowgirl des Abends prämiert.

In March 2023, bodus gmbh will have been successfully active in sewer technology for 15 years. We would like to celebrate this "anniversary" together with you in a special setting and would like to cordially invite you to do so.

We would also like to use this occasion to offer a large number of internationally invited guests/visitors and manufacturers an exciting trade event with interesting lectures, trade exhibition with product demonstrations and live demos on the subject of "sewer technology" at the Experimental Gallery Hagerbach (hagerbach.ch) in Flums/Switzerland.
The experimental gallery Hagerbach is a fascinating underground world. Numerous tunnels, caverns, test fields, laboratories and training rooms are used for research and development purposes as well as for all kinds of tests by specialists from all over the world. Among other things, the gallery has a large number of pipelines and (accessible) channels and thus offers an ideal environment for our specialised applications such as sewer cleaning, inspection and rehabilitation as well as for leak tests and many other areas of application, which can also be used all year round and regardless of the weather.
Discover the world of underground sewer technology. You can choose between exciting lectures and discussions with manufacturers and users, have their products explained to you in detail and experience a number of products "live" in use directly in the sewer, e.g. pipe cleaning equipment, sewer inspection systems, sewer rehabilitation with steam and UV (liners, branch systems), spray systems, leak testing of pipelines, cutter and robot systems.
Would you like to travel with a companion? We will be happy to plan an alternative day programme outside the Experimental Gallery for all interested accompanying persons.
After the end of the technical event, we will then move on to the festive evening event, which will also take place in one of the party locations of the Experimental Gallery. Your physical well-being will be well catered for, just as it was the whole day before.
The evening will be accompanied by country-style music, and at the end the cowboy or cowgirl of the evening will be awarded a prize.
